Where can I find the Vehicle Inventory and Use Survey. Are older years available?

You can access the 2021 Vehicle Inventory and Use Survey and information about at this site: https://www.bts.gov/vius
Earlier surveys (1997 and 2002) and its predecessor TIUS (Truck Inventory and Use Survey) years are currently available in our digital repository, ROSA P:
