Do airlines issue tickets for other airlines' flights?

Answer

Airlines will sell tickets on other non-code share flights, this is called interlining.  UA/DL/AA do this, the low cost carriers do not, B6 now being an exception with their code-share with AA.

The interline factor is not set up on our system.  Based on this, you will not find any ITINs that were sold by one carrier and operated by another carrier in which a code-share does not exist.
