Where can I find DOT Secretaries' Speeches?

Answer

NTL has begun adding past Secretaries' speeches to our digital repository, ROSA P at this site.

Your best option is to send us a request if you're not able to find the speech online. We have a collection of digitized speeches which we can check for you. They will be added to the above ROSA P collection at some point.

Submit your request to our web form and include the following, if possible:

  1. Name of the Secretary
  2. Date of the speech
  3. Place where the speech took place
