I'm a USDOT employee. How do I request delivery of articles and other publications?

USDOT employees can request document delivery by filling out the form on this SharePoint site: https://usdot.sharepoint.com/sites/ost-DOTHQLibrary
National Transportation Library reference staff will make a reasonable effort to locate and order an electronic copy of a requested journal article, book chapter, proceeding or report. At this time, we are not processing requests for physical items such as books.

NTL Reference Librarians provide services for the transportation community and general public. Specific services are:
- Basic research assistance with Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) publications and data products
- Assistance with access to information resources in ROSA P
- Referrals to operating administrations within US DOT
