I'm a USDOT employee. How do I access the library's subscription databases?

The National Transportation Library maintains unrestricted access to subscription database services formerly managed by the US DOT HQ Library.  These services are available to US DOT employees from the following SharePoint site: https://usdot.sharepoint.com/sites/ost-DOTHQLibrary. To access these services, you MUST be either on a device on the USDOT network or access the site via USDOT's VPN.

Available database services:

  • Pacer
  • ProQuest
  • National Journal
  • EBSCOHost
  • SAE Mobilus

Please contact Ask A Librarian for assistance, or for access to PACER court information.
