Where can I find the number of registered vehicles in the US by vehicle make, model and year?

You may find the following useful:
Contact Departments of Motor Vehicles at the state level.
State Transportation Statistics, Chapter 5: Registered Vehicles and Vehicle Miles will provide registrations by state and make, but not model, as the USDOT does not collect that data.
Highway Statistics Series (FHWA): General vehicle statistics: Select a year and then go to section 7, Vehicles. These tables provide data on vehicles by type, but not make and model.
