Q. Where can I find government publications?
ROSA P digital repository for the National Transportation Library (NTL)
TRID Database: provides access to more than one million records of transportation research worldwide
National Technical Information Service (NTIS): the largest central resource for government-funded scientific, technical, engineering, and business related information
GPO Bookstore: official online bookstore for US Government publications for purchase
Federal Depository Libraries: open access to Federal publications and other information products
Your local public library: work with a reference librarian to request an interlibrary loan
NTL Reference Librarians provide services for the transportation community and general public. Specific services are:
- Basic research assistance with Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) publications and data products
- Assistance with access to information resources in ROSA P
- Referrals to operating administrations within US DOT
These FAQs cover topics related to BTS. Please see the DOT homepage for access to all DOT Administrations.
