On December 8, 2016 the DOT announced its proposal to require airlines and ticket agents to disclose in advance to consumers if the carrier allows passengers to make voice calls using mobile wireless devices
- Do not allow cell phone calls on airplanes. Totally disruptive and breach of what little privacy there is.
