Q. General Aviation Traffic Statistics

Answer

Traffic statistics for General Aviation aircraft (not air carriers) are available in the Federal Aviation Administration's General Aviation and Part 135 Activity Surveys.  You can find a link to the most recent survey at http://www.faa.gov/data_research/aviation_data_statistics/general_aviation/

This data includes aircraft type, hours flown, primary use of aircraft, FAA region, state, and flying conditions.
