DOT has drafted an outline for their Open Government Plan, due April 7, 2010. In the spirit of transparency we are sharing the proposed content of this plan, which goes above and beyond the requirements listed in the Open Government Directive. We encourage you to provide feedback on this outline through the DOT citizen engagement tool.
