If you wish to file a service complaint regarding refunds, schedules, etc., please contact Greyhound directly.

If your complaint concerns a safety issue or lost/damaged luggage, please contact the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) hotline for motor carrier complaints by calling 1-888-DOT-SAFT (1-888-368-7238) or by filling out a web form.
